A 50g pack of delicious wild Scottish venison jerky. This planet-positive protein snack has been hand-selected and managed on an East Neuk estate and butchered by us on the Balcaskie Estate. The majority of our ingredients are locally sourced, organic and from the East Neuk of Fife.
Each 50g pack contains:
114g Wild Scottish venison used for every 50g of jerky, East Neuk salt, East Neuk Market Garden organic onion, garlic and chili. Smoked paprika, East Neuk Honey, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce.
Allergens in bold: Gluten, pollen, soya, fish and crustaceans and molluscs.
Storage Instructions:
Refrigerate at 5 degrees for best results.
Consumption Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within three days. Packed in Scotland using wild Scottish venison. Silica gel sachet not for consumption.
